 nter in Bloomfield\, located at 4800 Sciota St. (S. Mathilda &amp\; Sciota
 )\n\n\n\n4:30pm - Doors open on S. Mathilda for beverages &amp\; social t
 ime\n5:15 pm - Dinner served in our Dining Room. Arrive no later than 5:45
 pm to be sure to get a meal.  \n\n5:30pm - TED MED with Group discussion 
 | When facing serious illness\, hope can look different than we expect. Pa
 lliative care physician Steve Pantilat explores the importance of realisti
 c hope\, focusing on what is possible and what matters most. Learn more in
  his TEDMED Talk\, “Why Palliative Care Is Essential in the Face of Seri
 ous Illness.”\n\n 	There is no meal charge for SWC-certified members\, t
 heir children under 18\, or for the first loved one accompanying a certifi
 ed member.\n 	Additional loved ones accompany a certified member pay a mea
 l charge of only $10. Noncertified HIV+ people pay a meal charge of only $
 10 (after their first visit).\n 	There is no charge for programs at our ce
 nter for our HIV+ members and their loved ones.\n\nLoved ones may attend m
 ost of our programs\, however\, there is no change to our policy that HIV 
 support groups are open only to HIV+ people. Some programs have adult-only
  content\, and guests attending our outings are welcome on a self-pay basi
 s.
