SUMMARY:SWC Wellness Dinner & HIV Support Group
DESCRIPTION:SWC Wellness Dinner for people living with HIV/AIDS and their l
 oved ones. Doors open at 4:30 pm for social time\, beverages and appetizer
 s. HIV Support Group from 5:00-6:30 pm. Dinner is served at 6:30 pm.\n\nPr
 oof of COVID-19 vaccination required. Masks required unless seated and act
 ively eating and drinking.\n\nWith safety as a priority as infection rates
  rise\, SWC is now requiring a NEGATIVE COVID rapid test\, taken that day\
 , to attend each in-person dinner/program. Present your test result (or a 
 photo)\, taken at home that day\, when you check in. SWC will also have te
 sts available for you to take on arrival. Test results take 15 minutes. Pl
 ease plan accordingly for the extra time needed to take the test and await
  results.\n\nA HEALTH QUESTIONNAIRE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY will be comple
 ted and signed at check-in each time you come into our center. IF YOU DO N
