SUMMARY:SWC Wellness Dinner & Breathing and Mindfulness
DESCRIPTION:\n\nSWC Wellness Dinner for people living with HIV/AIDS and the
 ir loved ones. Doors open at 4:30 pm for social time and  beverages. Dinn
 er served at 5:15pm. Program from 6 – 7pm.\n\nShepherd Wellness Communit
 y has updated its COVID 19 policies\, procedures\, mitigation efforts and
  safety protocols. We no longer require proof of COVID vaccination to a
 ttend SWC events.\nFor information about Shepherd Wellness Community’s C

 ick here.\n\n\nWednesday night at our center in Bloomfield\, located at 4
 800 Sciota St. (S. Mathilda &amp\; Sciota)\n\n\n4:30pm - Doors open on S. 
 Mathilda St. for beverages &amp\; social time\n5:15 pm - Dinner Served in 
 our Dining Room\n\n6 -7pm - Breathing &amp\; Mindfulness  | After dinner 
 join Timothy from Touch Wholeness for a relaxing breathing and mindfulness
  class. Each certified member completing this program receives a $5 gift c
 ard. Adult certified members and guest only.\n\n 	There is no meal charge 
 for SWC-certified members\, their children under 18\, or for the first lov
 ed one accompanying a certified member.\n 	Additional loved ones accompany
  a certified member pay a meal charge of only $10. Noncertified HIV+ peopl
 e pay a meal charge of only $10 (after their first visit).\n 	There is no 
 charge for programs at our center for our HIV+ members and their loved one
 s.\n\nLoved ones may attend most of our programs\, however\, there is no c
 hange to our policy that HIV support groups are open only to HIV+ people. 
 Some programs have adult-only content\, and guests attending our outings a
 re welcome on a self-pay basis.
