Proof of COVID-19 vaccination required. Masks required unless seated and actively eating and drinking.
With safety as a priority as infection rates rise, SWC is now requiring a NEGATIVE COVID rapid test, taken that day, to attend each in-person dinner/program. Please plan accordingly for the extra time needed to take the test and await results.
If you have a confirmed positive test after attending SWC, please contact us immediately: 412 683 4477 or office@swconline.org.
A HEALTH QUESTIONNAIRE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY will be completed and signed at check-in each time you come into our center. IF YOU DO NOT FEEL WELL, PLEASE DO NOT COME TO AN IN-PERSON DINNER.
